Lau said on Weibo (via GizChina) that it is a real challenge to send the new OxygenOS 12/ColorOS 12 update for OnePlus devices that are still running the older Hydrogen OS. This basically means that users can retain their apps and files after the update. It seems like Lau is referring to Chinese users of OnePlus devices....
